Night All in White

Could you use just a moment to breathe deeply and reset your mind? Attending this event is a fun and easy way to connect and release, and also give help to those in need.

Please join us, Tuesday, Aug 27th at 7:00pm, for a guided meditation, self care practice and breath work journey led by special guest, Shona Kay. 

Proceeds will be donated to For the Breast of Us, a community dedicated to empowering Women of Color in their Breast Cancer journeys.
